Omnia Plastica is specialised in the production of sport helmets and polycarbonate visors by means of injection moulding. We have advanced equipments for the coating of optical parts. The injection moulding of the visors is carried out with fully automated production lines all equipped with computers which check and control every production phase.

The coatings are made in our specific department with modern and automatic equipments.
Our dip and/or dispersion coating process is carried out in clean room under controlled atmosphere.
Our certified laboratory carries out pre-determinated production checks with homologation and routine test of the visors (ECE 22.05)
