For more than 30 years we have been producing shells and accessories for sport and safety helmets. Even if we don't manufacture finished helmets we produce all their moulded components.

We study the design and manufacture the moulds for the injection moulding of shells, visors and components according to customer's drawings and specifications.

We produce thermoplastic moulded sheels, antiscratch and antifog visors ans accessories, using moulds supplied by our customers or designed and realised in our departments:

  • design and realisation of prototypes with the stereolitography
  • meachanical department for the realisation of moulds for shells and visors
  • injection moulding of shells and visors
  • antiscratch and antifog treatment on visors
  • quality controll loboratory and certified inspections

We can offer helmets and accessories, according to market standards or of our own realization.

Either the antiscratch and the antifog visors are supplied with homologation and routine test made in our laboratory which is approved by the traffic control authority.

Since 1995 the tests carried out on the helmets during the production are detailed and rigid according to the standards of our ISO 9002 Quality system certificate.
