The extrusion is carried out by fully automated and computerized lines. The PLC processors check all phases of the extrusion line granting the process quality level.

For the production of sheets and rods by means of the anionic polimerization ( cast ), we are equipped with three production lines, fully automatic and with high production capacity.
The full automation makes the production economically competitive. Besides the common big sized rods, sheets and tubes up to diam. 1500 mm , we produce finished or semifinished parts, even with heavy weights.

All the production process is ruled by the ISO 9000 standards. Our ISO certified laboratory has got equipments for the different physical - mechanical tests. The most normal materials as well as the special ones are stocked ready for prompt delivery. Our capacity is based on several hundreds tons of standard stock shapes.

Extrusion, injection moulding, casting, r.i.m. are the processes we use to obtain what our customers require.
